2010 Summer Concert Series
Memorial Park Gazebo in Old Orchard Beach, Maine
Show Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Veteran’s Memorial Park is located on the corner of Staples St. & First St.
Grab a blanket or a chair, and join us on the lawn for a fabulous,
family-friendly concert in the park. This event is brought to you by the Old
Orchard Beach Recreation Department!

Thursday, July 1: SideCar Heroes - A six-man a cappella group
that combines original arrangements with rock, pop, funk and hip-hop to create a
high-energy, crowd-pleasing show!
Thursday, July 8: Dave Rowe Trio - This group of seasoned
musicians seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary music with themes of
Northern New England.
Thursday, July 15: Half Moon Jug Band - This group mixes
incredible musical talent with side-splitting comedy to make for a one-of-a-kind
show you won’t want to miss!
Thursday, July 22: Delta Knights Band - Voted “top 150 wedding
bands in the country” by Modern Bride Magazine, this group plays it all from
R&B, Classic Rock, Swing and the blues!
Thursday, July 29: Don Campbell Band - Voted Maine’s Best
Singer-Songwriter from ‘04-’09, DCB entertains audiences from Maine to Tennessee
with their charismatic blend of con-temporary, country, & soft rock.
Thursday, August 5: Johnny the K - An award-winning family
performer with a 12-string guitar and a unique collection of costumed hats. This
interactive style of music will cleverly and humorously promote family values,
dancing, and singing!
Thursday, August 12: High Ryder - A five-piece dance band,
including local musician George Shabo, who performs all the classics of the late
50’s and early 60’s.
Thursday, August 19: MotorBooty Affair - The mother ship has
landed and four freaky “funkologists” have come to earth to spread “da noize.”
From their first funktastic song to their last, you won’t stop dancing!
